OOTD // Mother's Day

Hey everyone! This post is a little late but I just thought I'd share some pictures of Mother's Day from last week. Me and my family went out to celebrate my amazing mum and nana (how gorgeous are they both??) by taking them out for a meal. I had a really lovely day and the weather was beautiful so afterwards we just sat outside and chilled.
I thought I might as well take advantage of the good weather while it was there so I wore my denim skirt and got out my white pasty legs (made me a bit paranoid, but I'm trying to embrace my pale skin!)
Here are a few pictures Sunday:

OOTD // Parisian Inspired

Hi! Sorry I haven't been posting a lot lately, I'm trying to focus more on revising for exams but expect a lot more posts when they're out of the way. I was going out for dinner and it was such a nice day so I thought I might as well take advantage and get use out of my summer clothes that I never get to wear. I kept it casual so this outfit would be perfect for wherever you're going, and could easily be dressed up with heels.

Skirt // Zara (I've linked a similar one)
Shoes // Converse

January Outfits

For some reason when January comes along I wear a lot more casual, minialistic clothes and neutral colours. Maybe it's the dark, dull weather (which I actually love) or the fact that I've been dressing up throughout Christmas but for some reason I just want to wear whatever's comfortable and keeps me warm. While wanting to be comfy it wouldn't be me to wear something completely just for comfort so I've came up with these outfits which are cosy but still look stylish at the same time.

FAMILY DAY IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

On Sunday, me and my family decided that since I've been a hermit for the past few weeks (I just had an operation so I've been off school), and I can't do anything particularly that active, that we would go out for lunch in a lovely hotel in the countryside about an hour from where we live. I was delighted considering I haven't seen anything remotely interesting in the past few weeks, and the views were beautiful around the grounds of the hotel!

MOTD:

I decided to keep my skin and eyes quite neutral and go for a berry/red lip. I wanted to keep the rest natural so it wouldn't be too over powering. Here's what I used:

OOTD:

My outfit was quite plain and black, so I decided to add a floppy hat and chunky boots to dress it up a little. Here are the links to most of the things I wore:
